He gives me strength for Today!
Hope renewed for tomorrow
He gives guidance along the way!
He gives joy for my sorrow!
He covers me with His everlasting grace.
Fills me with perfect peace
and praise instead of despair.
He holds me near.
He vanquishes my every fear.
Collects my every tear.
Giving me a new song to sing
As He hides me under His wing!
A refuge, a strong tower is He!
He promises never to leave me!
The Life, the Truth, the Way.
He gives us each new day!
He came down from Heaven above,
Revealing God's unconditional love,
he shed His blood that we might live.
If we ask, He promises to forgive.
He brought me from bondage to freedom!
Now, He is preparing me for His Kingdom.
He has shown us His Amazing Grace
and has gone to prepare us a place.
One day very soon! He will come
to take God's children home.
He draws to Himself each one.
His work in us is not done.
He is not willing that any should perish
because every human He does cherish.
He gives us each a choice!
Will you harken to His voice?

Jesus is everyone's hope only if they obey the greatest commandment of all.
“‘Of all the commandments, which is the most important?’ ‘The most important one,’ answered Jesus, ‘is this: Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’” (Mark 12:28-30).
The man who questioned Jesus understood this, and what the man says next makes it clear that God is not Jesus, for he said to Jesus: “‘Well said, teacher,’ the man replied. ‘You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him.’” (Mark 12:32).
Now if Jesus was God, he would have told the man so. Instead, he let the man refer to God as someone other than Jesus, and he even saw that the man had spoken wisely: “When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, ‘You are not far from the kingdom of God.’” (Mark 12:34). If Jesus knew that God is a trinity, why did not he say so? Why did not he say that God is one in three, or three in one? Instead, he declared that God is one. True imitators of Jesus will imitate him also in this declaration of God’s oneness. They will not add the word three where Jesus never said it.
Hope that clarify how Jesus can become everyone's hope
@ThePraisedOne - Thanks for the Rec.
My friend, I most disagree that Jesus is not God. The Bible says in Matthew 1:23, "Behold, a virgin shall be with child; and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel which being interpreted is God with us."
Isaiah prophesied that ths Saviour would come as a male child, and would be both human and divine: "For unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:7.
John 1:1-3 speaking of Jesus says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him: and without him was not anything made."
These are only a few of the verses that state that Jesus is God.
Wonderful poem, Karen! God bless! :)
@ThePraisedOne - Jesus is God. One God in three persons. Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Wonderful Poem! Amen!
Beautiful poem! Very inspiring!
@sky_gel - Thanks! God has given a great gift. I desire to use it more to reach out to others and draw them to God.

RYC: Thanks for the comments.
Song or poem?
@Justin_DeBin - I would love for it to be a song, but as of right now it is a poem only because there is no music to it. Maybe I can get one of my friends who has musical talent to put some music to it. I can't read music. I wish I could.
Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for the rec. Be blessed today.
